WILL MY CAR TOW THE TRAILER?

  • ​Yes all vehicles capable of having a tow bar fitted are designed to tow at least 750kgs. Check your vehicle specifications for exact towing weight limit.

DO YOU HAVE PLUG ADAPTORS TO SUIT MY CAR?

  • Yes we provide adaptors to suit your vehicle as required. All of our trailers have 7 pin flat plugs as standard. You can nominate your plug type during the booking process.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A MULTI DAY HIRE DISCOUNT?

  • Discounts are automatically applied during the booking process based on the hire dates you select. If you select 3 days hire the 3 day hire discount is automatically applied etc.

DO YOU PROVIDE TROLLEYS AND RAMPS?

  • Unfortunately trolleys or ramps are not available to hire

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS DURING MY HIRE?

  • We can offer you a trailer upgrade for $15 per day to a fully covered trailer (subject to availability) or you can choose to postpone your booking to another day.

HOW DO I BOOK IF I AM NOT GREAT ON COMPUTERS?

  • We have tried to make the booking process as easy as possible however we can still take a manual booking if you prefer. There is a $20 manual booking fee applicable. Call 0426603611 or email info@djtrailerhire.com.au

I WANT TO HIRE A TRAILER SATURDAY BUT PICKUP FRIDAY AFTERNOON?

  • We offer pickups the night prior to hire between 5:15pm and 6pm for no additional cost. Simply select this option during booking and nominate your preferred pickup time.

CAN I BOOK AND PICKUP DURING A WEEKDAY?

  • You can pickup between 8am and 9am during the day Monday to Friday or at other times by arrangement. For last minute day hires best to call to see if we are around. Our fully automated booking system will walk you through the process step by step.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE A TRAILER OR ACCESSORY?

  • Firstly we understand accidents happen and ask for honesty when they do occur. Our terms and conditions contain the cost pricing of all common items that could be accidentally damaged during a hire. In the event that damage is sustained we will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and bill you according to the terms and conditions of hire.

 

SOMETHING HAS COME UP CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING DATE?

  • If your booking is for outside of a school holiday period and more than 72 hours notice is received the date can be moved without any additional charges.

  • If your booking is for within a school holiday period and more than 72 hours notice is received the date can be moved and a fee equal to 25% of the hire fee may be charged at owners discretion.

  • If your booking is for within a school holiday period and less than 72 hours notice is received the date can be moved and a fee equal to 50% of the hire fee will be charged.
